Out in the country or woods you either burn your trash or take it somewhere. The trash dump is open like 5 days a week. A few times actually. I kind of never want to work in one again. There is just too much to keep track of. Usually you have to start as a busser or something before getting promoted to bartender. I'm actually in a holding pattern at the job I have now. But in a way, starting at the bottom and moving up is the best way to go. You'll learn everything about how the place runs.
