Wrote a very polite and detailed letter about my financial situation and how there wasnt a chance in hell they were getting their money to the correct office for the 75k, and they politely fucked off. The second one I actually had coverage, tried to work it out with them three times, was told it was fixed twice, and they kept calling. I stopped answering and after a few months they fucked off as well.
