I am not a doctor. Now that the shock has worn, none of these people probably have BPD. This is just what I think. There are some known celebrities with it but I dont think thats pertinent.

There's nothing hateful about it. It's just that it seems to be the diagnosis that gets handed out whenever they can't figure out what the real issue is. It's also the only psychological disorder that supposedly gets better over time. Which is pretty much the opposite of every other disorder out there.

no its actually a pretty clear criteria for diagnosis. What youre describing hasnt been an accurate depiction of the view of the disorder in psychology for decades.

And it doesnt just magically get better. It takes years of work and DBT exercises to change behavior and patterns. And some people suffer with the illness their entire life.

Please avoid spreading misinformation.
