I used to do a TON of PC work for friends and family back in the 90s. The most common thing I ever stumbled on were chicks with dicks porn. I mean, at least 10 times over the years. Didn't matter to me, but sometimes the person in question would condemn that sort of orientation while viewing it themselves and I would know the truth.

Or, working on a friends dad's PC and his dad is almost 80 and the there's tons of porn on it.

I never shared what I would see and I didn't actually try to stumble on this stuff...just sorta happened.
