Majority of the people who get caught when laying low are usually when IRS does a random ass audit on an individual or company. Me: Alright sure looks I see this was from the SBA into a personal account. Them: Uh huhyeah. Me: Whats it for? / Whats your business? / Etc Them: blank stare / I dont know. / Its for someone else. Its usually inner city people. Who knows maybe they themselves are in bad shape and resorting to crime? But sometimes its well off people. One lady was cashing it all into Bitcoin though from my investigations it seemed more apparent she was an unwitting mule. People are scum. Ive had clients who had to repay a portion of their loan because they miscalculated their max loan amount.
