I think if you search something like productivity timer you fins stuff, but the one I tried was so generically named I can't remember it. Also check out Forest, I think it's called, that just makes you want to leave it alone.

Is Pocket Points still a thing? It doesn't lock your phone, but rewards you with points for not looking at your phone, that you can redeem at participating stores and restaurants. I used it a lot in grad school listening to lectures, and it'd get me a free drink or something with a purchase of a sandwich at my fav cafe.
