As long as we are talking about favorites that is. That looks like a bit less work just because hollandaise is a pain. You do the naan/flatbread yourself?

Butter sizzling in a pan then add chilli flakes, cumin and paprika.

Kinda supposes to be like that but maybe use a thicker yoghurt. You use bread to mop up the rest.

Menemen is great (had that two days ago lol)
sucuklu yumurta is basically the same as menemen minus the vegetables that are in menemen
And yas, looked it up, it's called cilbir

I have a very bendy metal spatula that is the perfect size to get under them. I've never broke a yolk flipping one. That groove is to help equally distribute the grease from the bacon side to the egg side.
