Or more obviously (I'm being more realistic as there's a higher chance we will live 30 more than, say, 50 more - regardless of whether you're 17 or 28)

Ita gonna be crazy to see which celebrities and other important people pass on. Like for example right now someone like (insert favorite celebrity or band member here) is alive. And they'll be alive tomorrow and the months and years after.

But then one day it'll be like "Wow. Jim Carrey is fucking gone." or "Wow, Ozzy Osborne is gone" and a decade will pass and we will know the aftermath all of a sudden. "Yup this was Ozzy. Born this day, died this day. It was a Sunday and this is how he died."

It's just strange.

Nothing against celebrities or anything, but I never understood people getting legitimately distraught over someone they have never met or spoken to dying.

I actually hated Kobe Bryant, being a Celtics fan, but for some reason his death affected me personally. I guess old people dying is one thing but a dude getting taken while still relatively young and having more to give to the world is distressful. Same with Robin Williams.
