No. Before the recording came to the public's attention the DA's office declined to indict them.

Never forget if it wasn't for that dumbass recording and unloading that video to the net not only would this not have received national attention, the cops were on their sides and helped them cover the murder up! They only betrayed them to save their own hides

Its actually worse than that, because not only did Roddy put out the video that convicted him, the prosecution also used Roddys Ring doorbell camera against him too!

Roddy's as dumb as that guy who managed to knock off a bank years ago who only got caught along with the rest of his coconspirators because he called a local radio station and bragged about the crime in detail on live air while the studio phoned the FBI, he was only the getaway driver yet he was so happy he got away with that shit he just had to open his mouth about it. Last I heard he and the rest of them are still in federal prison to this day.
