Probably would be easier to get a Series S in the meantime and sell it once you get the X. All your saves and the like will carry over and you still would be paying less than $950 lol

This is true. The retailers release stock in waves. The trick is to get it into your cart first. Then if you see that the page says out of stock, don't try to check out. Instead, stay on the "Added to cart" screen and wait until the next :x0 or :x5 minute mark on the clock and then checkout. If the timing works out, you'll already have one in your cart and ready to check out when the next wave refreshes.

Yeah, definitely follow multiple stock trackers on Twitter. I followed a different guy to get my PS5, but they're all great. And the other drop today was Playstation Direct.

Walmart has a new queue system, say the product drops at 2 pm, everyone clicks at 2 pm, and then you are given a random wait time. Do not refresh, or you will lose your spot. Usually if you are 20 minutes or less, you will get it

As long as they continue to make a profit on the scalper market then supply to the general public will continue to decline. Holiday season is the best time to make the most profit for a scalper. People need to stop buying them off scalpers since retailers only care about if they sell out. Console production needs to be increased and released in larger quantities for this to work.

I actually have had my ps5 for almost a year now. I got it (delivered) on November 28th last year.

Idk how it is now, but if you really want one, try EVERYTHING. Refresh sites multiple times daily, check everyday, call every store that sells them once or twice a week near you minimum.

That's how I got mine. I had already ordered it by this time last year though.

It was a bundle btw, I had to get one with three games, a gift card, and PS Plus Membership.
