28 y/o rising star actor, Joey Morgan has passed away at the age of 28 as the cause of his death is unknown.

Filmmaker, Christopher Landon who is best known for his horror film making such as Freaky and Happy Death Day confirmed the news who directed Morgan in his first zombie film, Scouts Guide to the Zombie Apocalypse and shared a behind the scenes snaps with the actor and several co-stars including Tye Sheridan who played Scott Summers in the X-Men films

The family is asking the public to respect their privacy as they grieve the loss of a special person in their family.

He kicked off his acting career in 2015 in the zombie film and played one of the 3 boy scots who use their scout skills to survive a zombie apocalypse

He went on to star in a TV movie called Detour and the movie Compadres and guest starred on the tv series Chicago Med and then a movie called Flower

In 2018 he was cast in the movies Camp Manna with Gary Busey and Sierra Burgess is a Loser with Shannon Purser and Noah Centineo

In 2019 he got the lead role in Shutter's reboot of the Critter's film "Critters: A New Binge" a flew to Vancouver to shoot 8 episodes

His final project was last year called Max Reload and the Nether Blasters as it's unclear if he had any upcoming projects after that

Not familiar with him, or the movie. Looks like it might be fun, though.

I'm curious about the cause of death, given how young he was.
