I know I was going to have to wear a retainer for life, but I was under the impression that would it would only be overnight while sleeping.
Turns out I have to wear it 24/7 for 3 months, then during evenings and overnights for another 3 months. Only then can I switch to while sleeping permanently The retainer is much thicker than the aligners and harder to remove, and I have a significant lisp now lol --- ... Copied to Clipboard!

I lost my retainer as a teenager and my teeth got fucked up again. Then the dentist said I couldn't do invasalign because my roots are too short. fml
