---------The Charges---------
My prediction... 2nd Degree Reckless Endangerment for McGinniss That's at least a decade or more in prison. I think. I don't know. But the jury went 8 hours today and didn't reach a verdict. Someone in that room ain't quitting without some kind of guilty verdict. The easiest compromise is Reckless Endangerment. One count of 1st Degree Reckless is 12.5 years max plus a possible extra 5 for the gun. He faces 2 counts of that plus a 2nd degree reckless. People talk "hung juries." But the jury isn't going to just throw it all in the trash when an easy compromise is available. --- END OF LINE ... Copied to Clipboard!

Judge will send the jury back if they dont immediately have not guilty on all counts.
