Does that guy who analyzes Dollar Bills still come here? Just wanna know what does it mean when it has a 'Star' on it?

but I can answer the star question. Star notes were created under the 3/5ths law which limits monetary value. You actually have a note worth 60 cents, but to collectors it can be much higher. Almost 89 cents in certain cases.

But, anyways, you have correctly found and identified a star note! Pretty neat!

So, the value is really just a dollar. I save every star note I can get my hands on, just because I like them, and over time you can collect quite a few. But you can safely spend that one for a dollar.
