Only real benefit I can see to sitting down for a piss would be for privacy. Stalls are always 100% covered side to side. Standing urinals depend on the location. Some pop up half privacy barriers, others don't. That's why I detest the troughs, always head to a corner so I can feel like I'm getting some amount of privacy. Most urinals aren't an issue though I'd admit when a loud ass dude walks up next to you it can be hard sometimes to go. You know the guys, prop hand against the wall, stand there and make noises like they are giving birth or blowing a load.
