I initially picked Disney+ since I tend to go there first, but lately the [adult swim] content on HBOMax has been seeing most of my viewing time so I went with that.

I have something like 2,500 films in my Letterboxd watchlist and here's how they break down by service:
Netflix: 87 films available
Hulu: 56
Criterion: 372
Amazon Prime: 99
Tubi: 227
Disney Plus: 19
HBO Max: 199

So Criterion easily leads. HBO Max's selection should place it high for me, but I've never had more technical issues with a service. I'm surprised Tubi gets so little attention in these discussions; the ads can be annoying but it's free and has a wide selection.

Netflix, Hulu, and Disney Plus make up for this with TV shows, but I'm not much of a TV person.

Hulu for content but their service has been shit lately. Especially a spot in the face since they recently raised the rates.

animelab (even in its nearly completely dead state at present being taken over by funi) > hidive > crunchyroll > funimation > etc > youtube > netflix > bilibili > niconico > animax (not sure if they're still around as a streaming service or not) > amazon for anime
