Finding and accepting God into my life was a major victory for me andmy family. It is amazing what changes have been coming our way since i began my road to redemption.

Sober 3+ years, longest sober since 14 years old.
Net worth over $14k, largest it has ever been.
Quit drinking soda for nearly 3 months now.
Can do 20 push ups in a row, could barely do 1 girl push up in july.
Lost 20lbs, down from 286lbs to 265lbs.
Consuming half the caffeine i used to by stopping the consumption of coffee.
Cut off toxic friends.
Working on online brand.
On lowest dosage of meds.

Next goals:
- no more cursing
- no more porn
- get under 250lbs

If you guys have any more suggestions let me know. They have to be obvious ones that would improve my position.

Indeed, i got through the most difficult part. Which was the 3rd year of sobriety. Next year is going to be an even greater year for me and my family.

Congrats.. Only thing else I can recommend besides focusing on your physical and mental health is

to read books that will improve your life (business, self-help stuff) and going to school and get a degree to get a good paying job in a field you want to work with
Increase your net worth.

I dont watch porn. Its not reality and IMO being too concerned with sexual stimulation just leads to bad decisions.

There is also an immediate reaction after beating off where shit just feels gross.
