Today it is CRT. Literally people are rallying to the polls because of something that don't understand.

Before it was going after BLM,something else that they lied about.

Before that it was NFL players taking a knee .

And over and over Dems give in to them. BLM has died down, no more players taking a knee. And now it is CRT. And since it is not happening in schools. We can't even stop that to give them what they want. Republicans are fueled by hate over bullshit. And no matter what Dems do. Republicans will find something else.

I mean these are the same people who got outraged because a school removed like two super racist books by Dr. Seuss while leaving his beloved collection untouched.

I hear some dems say oh Democrats need to brand better. No we don't. There is nothing to stop republicans from being outraged.

Why is it always some conservative offering to debate leftists (notice I said leftists, not liberals), and the people the conservatives call out dodge them? For the exact reason I mentioned. They fall apart when a little bit of pressure is applied.

People are tired of the lefts bullshit, constantly fucking up the Democratic Party. The current administration has people re-thinking their positions. Maybe dont push CRT on little kids who are innocent and oblivious to the things youre trying to teach them (as they should be, theyre kids), and start working it into their conversations later on in high school, when you can actually get thru to kids on a philosophical level.

I loved the kneeling thing because it was legit the perfect protest. It was respectful and loud at the same time. No violence, no shouting over people, just kneeling. It didn't get in the way of the anthem unless you chose to let it. Colin may not be the greatest football player, but that man was genius in his protest.

You only see one side outraged because you agree with the other side and are blinded to their behaviors.

Why stop at racial politics there's also the working issue, people really have bought into people quitting their jobs to suck government funds rather than the callous practices of their former employers, the constant abuse thrown at them by customers and the terrible pay, even in places where there are no government funds people aren't returning to work and even then, some places are under staffed and have wonky hours because the employer can save money that way and blame the employee for it.

I think people are having an overreaction to Tuesdays results.

They were bad for Democrats, not disputing that.

But the takes on "Democrats can never win/will never win anything again" seem a tad ridiculous considering this is after 5 years of Democrats overperforming in just about every single election at the federal/state/local level.

Republicans don't run on policy, only culture wars. They've made the calculation that if they gin up enough anger and fear in their white constituents then they're good with that as long as they win.

CRT is another arrow in the Southern Strategy quiver for them.

Wow so crazy on a number of levels.

First CRT isn't done with grade school children. No one is pushing it.
People have been asked what don't like like about CRT and they either don't know or get it wrong.
Don't talk about race until high school. Tell me do you think minority children can avoid issues of race until high school?

Why avoid debate? One people have debated people on the right and walked the dog on them. But much like with flat Earthers it doesn't matter.

Well I hope kids aren't being taught college level classes, however CRT has been morphed to include any discussion of history as regards to race.

For decades black, brown and Indigenous kids are often given a harsh lesson on race from an early age and have to navigate a system that is not culturally responsive to them, no one in the media cares to ask their parents about the sudden interest in this discussion.

Biden's border crisis has gotten near daily coverage since he took office. This hasn't been trumped up for the election.
