Anyway this month's refine batch holds some interest to me. Curious what Picnic Felicia is going to get. I have Duma and Idunn as well(Though Duma has been on a free win team for literal years because lol AR).

Divine Codes I'm noticing that IS is starting to screw us by having seasonal demotes(Read: Usually no great fodder). In April we got Baby Marth, this month it's going to be Groom Rafiel. He's extra bad because he's a beast(Aka, no weapon to fodder) AND a singer(Aka no Assist to fodder). Really hope this doesn't become a pattern because it means we basically get less value out of these things.

At least Groom Pent has Pulse Smoke. I'm personally looking forward to the Benny merge. There's also a 4* Ninja Shamir for anyone who somehow hasn't gotten her to +10 yet. Or 10+'d N!Hana who gets more flowers and thus more stats in the end.

Ninian temporarily falls under possession of Nergal. While very short-term, it's as much a qualification as most other fallen heroes.

Adding to that (Big Blazing Blade spoiler), it's what led Eliwood to be tricked into killing her.

At least the Ninian thing had some actual plot relevance. Corrin was just "Oh I'm really upset for a chapter! Oh here's a Dragonstone Azura conveniently had.. Let us never approach this subject ever again.

It also plays into the whole (Blazing Blade) 'Having the power to open the Dragon Gate' thing. And of course (Blazing Blade) the tragedy of Eliwood accidentally killing her.

Long ago, Anankos foresaw that he would go crazy someday. To combat this, he gave a fragment of his Dragonstone to the Valla royal family along with a song. The two combined could be used to help calm down a raging dragon. It is implied that that piece of the dragonstone and song eventually made their way to Azura who is a descendant of the Valla royal family. She used them to help calm down Corrin who is descended from Anankos. I have no idea why they put this info in the DLC instead of the Revelation arc that was supposed to answer everything.

That's really dumb that's only in freaking DLC.

There's something I'm missing regarding Adroit War Tome. One of its appeals is that Y!Soren just needs one more Res than the foe and he'll be able to FU, but in reality, he doesn't FU against any slow armors with Wary Fighter, even if the Res check passes effortlessly. He also wins the Spd check, so what is the obstacle preventing the second attack?

I haven't noticed that to be the case. I brought Soren into one of the paralogues that have Christmas Chrom with Wary Fighter, and he is able to double.

I went for the spark to grab Ninian. I picked up 2 Rhea, B!Camilla, F!Julia, and Forsynth along the way.

You aren't trying to fight something like Hardy Fighter Brave Hector, right? Hardy Fighter nulls Soren's follow up attack.

I realized anything that has two skills that deny FU's means he won't get the second attack. I tried pitting him against Rudolf with Wary Fighter in the calculator and he attacks once. As for my file, I gave him Watersweep, and against anything that denies FU, he also attacks once. I gave him Watersweep in a hurry and forgot it requires a Spd check

Green on remix banner is looking mighty tempting, but going to see what Bridal banner has in store first. My orb supply is also running low, but who knows when I'll get to pull A!Fjorm again

You might be thinking of the November leak. It leaked all the units in November (Ninja + Tellius). The leaker also mentioned "Lilina in a blue dress", but never happened. We now have Lilina is a dress, but it isn't blue.

Is Roy the only Harmonic with an exclusive skill? He's built like a CYL unit.

Winter Altina still has her Twin Blades Prf Special.

I checked and Roy is the only one with a new Prf skill. There are some others with old Prf skills like Leif and Tiki.

I really don't see a point in getting the Rafiel manual, even if you already have him. It wouldn't be so bad if he came with IP, but he's such shit fodder that I think this is the first time I'm going to forgo the 5* choice. I'll take Barst over him any day. The other two options I choose will just be icing on the cake

I always grab the 5* manuals without thinking, but you're right that Rafiel has no useful skills. Pent fodder is pretty good though!

I ate my words. There were three blues on the first circle and I didn't choose any of them because I thought I had no need for Rafiel. Then, with the help of others, I realized how versatile he is and was kicking myself for being a dummy. Bit the bullet, went back in, and spent some orbs to get him. I probably could have gotten him in the first circle >____>

Merging him to get rid of the Def bane and give him a tad bit more HP for HP-based skills isn't the worst thing I could do

The 4* focus % has to be higher than what's displayed in the in-game chart because these units are pretty easy to obtain
