I read an article yesterday about Zillow would go into a neighborhood they found out had good flipping prospects because users would search for homes in that area.

They would buy like 31 houses, the first 30 houses they bought at listing price. The 31st house they bought at over 8% higher. So when to sell all the houses the houses would be appraised higher just like house that was bought 8% higher.

America went balls deep into capitalism with healtcare and housing and stuff that makes a society a good society, the American dream died in like the 1970's, it's a not a good place to live or raise kids anymore

They are no better than the other capitalists. They are just as damaging to the environment with their energy consumption, especially when most of our energy is still derived from fossil fuels. Cryptocurrency is just a more volatile stock market.

While this is true, it's getting to a point where even our jobs are detrimental to our survival, making our working lives miserable and causing tons of physical and mental health issues. Especially in the current environment of anti-maskers/vaxxers and crazy ass right-wingers.
