should i ask

I kinda feel like it's on them to tell me. I pay for internet which is 40 a month but I feel like they mustve paid for heating, and esp electricity using ACs in the last two months. I said internet would be 40, they texted 40 total or 40 per person, I said 40 total. There's a girl who's the 'main' one of the house I guess, she's lived here the longest and communicated most with the landlord etc. I suggested using Splitwise before I moved in and she said she heard it was good and I never heard from her about any bills. My guess is maybe people are just responsible for covering one bill? Idk. I feel like I should ask and be a nice guy, but I also don't wanna be the only one responsible for things, I feel like they should reach out and tell me. They're kinda lazy and messy too so they might just get around to it later.

When it comes to money, it's best that everyone is on the same page. No fucking around.

This is odd. Have a roommate chat. This should not be a guessing game .
