It's really awesome to go places during the week with (generally) no wait times and not having to deal with crowds. I used to be in favor of taking a day off here or there to have shorter weeks / longer weekends. But...if I'm gone just a day or two, I have the same work to do and less time for it. If I'm gone a week or more, I don't get tasks or they're given to someone else b/c then it's too long to wait for me to get to it.
