bodies with a real biological female/male body through some kind of future technology/machine, would you be willing to date them/have sex with them? I'm talking about a trans person that is physically no different from their opposite preferred gender.

I'm thinking a lot of people don't want to date trans people because they're just not attracted to them. Even after post-op, there's still a lot of masculine (feminine features for trans men/no penis) features and I'm guessing a lot of straight or even gay people are just turned off by that. With future tech, maybe we can completely have full on physical bodies exactly how we want it.

But there are at least 4 more, but they are mutations (that don't result in death at birth) of XX and XY we know.

There are at least 4 more, although they are mutations (that don't result in death at birth) of XX and XY. X (Turners), XXX, XXY (kleinfelter), XXXY of XX and XY.

It's true that they aren't often talked about, and that people recognize XX and XY as the norm, as the other 4 are rare and mutations of them,.

The world doesn't see trans women the same exact way as cis women. Different chromosomes at birth, different biological functions. This is why most trans women disclose they are trans on dating sites.

Should trans women be treated like women?Absolutely. At this point we are looking more into gender.

I wasn't trying to pidgenhole. I stated there are at at least 4 more sexes, but the scientific community recognizes they are mutations of XX and XY. Essentially gradiations of them. You are right that it gets complicated. And I acknowledge intersex/hermaphrodite, as they are likely XXY or XXXY. Perhaps we can recognize intersex as a third sex? I don't know. I wouldn't mind that. It's complicated for sure.

I can't imagine what intersex and trans people go through. I totally understand the need to fit in and choose your own identity and purpose and want to have the world acknowledge you, so I can at least sympathize.
