No, only asking if you should pirate games and where to get them is. Also in regards to what jailbreaking it would accomplish, you'd be giving yourself upwards to 2TBs of storage capacity on a Vita slim instead of just a wonky 64GBs, if you're fine with only digital releases since you'll be telling the vita that the game card is a micro-sd card reader. They're vids all over the place. All you need to do is download one program, connect your vita to your PC and the installer program will pick up your vita then you click install on it. It should be in the description of that vid you posted. Yes there is an easier way. All you have to do is download a program, connect your vita to PC and the program you downloaded will see the vita and you click the big button that says (I think) Lets Go.
