Gabe Eltaeb announced he was quitting on a youtube livestream while talking with fellow DC Comics worker, Ethan Van Sciver as he said he'll serve out his contract with them before leaving yelling "I'm tired of this s*" and to scrap the slogan "Truth, justice and the american way" in favour of "truth, justice and a better tomorrow" was "fing nonsense" to him He continued "I'm tired of them ruining these characters. They don't have a right to do this. What really pissed me off was saying truth, justice and a better world. F that, it was truth, justice and the amerian way. My grandpa almost died in WW2; we don't have a right to destroy s* that people died for to give us. They call us bigots and racist and s*,i would ask them, find me in the fing mainstream, not on the fringes, one fing book, one fing t-shirt, one movie that says that leftism is bad, and conservatism is good, find it for me, they fing wont, they're not letting people have a voice, they're the fing bigots.
