Wouldn't blame him.
So many succubus hoes like Brittany Renner that are preying on these NBA players trying to trap them into alimony/child support.

I don't feel like clicking on the video, but if that's really the case, then he should have presented her with the prenup before the ceremony (if he didn't already), IMO.

would've wasted less time and money.

He did. She kept giving excuses. When he asked her for the last time on the day of the wedding, she refused.

oh, that was a red flag then, and it shouldn't have got as far as a wedding ceremony, IMO.

I mean, people post hour long YouTube videos all the time, and the embedding doesn't even let you see how long videos are anymore (at least, for me).

plus TC often posts alt-right, conspiracy driven videos, so idk if the source of the video isn't presenting stuff in good faith in the first place.

so if some racist, QANONer came along, who often mostly posts YouTube videos, would you watch each of them?

In this case, at least she refused.

You don't want them to sign if their emotionally distressed, as those signatures don't count as it can be seen as being 'under duress'.

You'd think the prenub would be signed before the ceremony is even planned

Just to help some people out, this isnt really true.

You really need 4 things in order to have an iron clad prenup

  1. the prenup needs to be drafted by an attorney. Additionally both parties need their OWN independent attorney explain whats in the prenup and advocate for them. This way neither party can say that they didnt understand what was in the prenup.
  2. the prenup needs to be signed at least six months in advance. Can it be signed four months in advance and still be held up, sure but the closer to the wedding date, the more chance of it being thrown out because the person can use the duress claim.
  3. do not hide any assets. This one is obvious. If you do this it will be considered defrauding the court.
  4. it needs to be fair. This is a tricky one cause what you consider fair and what the judge considers fair might be different. That being said, obvious stuff like if we divorce I get everything and you get absolutely nothing will most likely be considered unfair
Per my friend who is a 20 year divorce attorney in Georgia, he has never seen a prenup that followed the above rules be thrown out. Every one that has been thrown out broke at least one of these rules.

The cons currently outweigh the pros when it comes to an NBA player (or any athlete in a top mainstream sport) bothering to get married anyway. It's almost always the bride pushing for the hitch. Let's be real, the dude already gets 99% of relationship advantages WITHOUT the ring. And if a girlfriend is not down for that, there's at least a dozen other women ready to shoot their shot. One pretentious girl gets offended by a prenup, it's not hard for a pro athlete to find a dozen more who would not mind signing those papers. Point is a woman getting pissy over a prenup when she's trying to bag a guy bringing in a substantially superior income is shooting herself in the foot and showing she's really upset about getting vetted.

Pro athletes making bank got the least incentive to ever consider matrimony in their prime. Economically, it's a shitty deal for them in this decade. They're actually more susceptible to getting fleeced by golddiggers due to social reasons compared to wealthy business majors who are typically more aware of better safeguards and loopholes.

A woman who really gave a shit about her man's needs would not whine over being asked to sign off on something like a prenup or a paternity test (men can have valid anxieties too). She would see it as an opportunity to prove herself and eliminate a crippling doubt in his mind for good, because she would empathize with why he as a modern man was bothering to bring that in front of her.

A woman who gets pissy and dismissive about the significance of all that does not honestly care about her man. She does not empathize with him at all. Why the fuck would you put a ring on that...?

I don't fault him for wanting a pre-nup but allowing the wedding to be planned only to just leave her at the alter and then sleep with one of her bridesmaids sounds like she may have dodged a bullet too. He clearly wasn't sure, which is fair but there's better ways of handling the situation. They probably wouldn't have lasted anyways.
