Oddjob is the most famous of the two, but I still like Jaws more. Plus he does get some redemption at the end.

I love Bond's blunt description of him in Moonraker:

"Not socially. His name's Jaws. He kills people."

Honorable mention goes to Red Grant. He always deserved more credit.

Same. I love the awful puns and the sleazy sounding saxophone heavy theme of theirs. Even if they were campy, they still had an air of sinisterness to where they were slightly creepy and scary.

Come at me with your pitchforks. I've seen this movie get placed as one of the best, if not the best Bond films of all-time. I've seen even a video game get made after it, which is crazy because it was so many years later. People always seem to answer the question of who Bond is to them and they say Connery in FRWL. And I can sort of understand that if you're there from the beginning or are really invested into the franchise, you can probably go back to this film and pick out the bits and pieces that make Bond so great and how Connery nailed it. I'm not arguing against the fact that this movie was important, because it was. But I'm going to be brutally honest - this movie is bad. I've said before I prefer the realistic down to earth take on Bond, but this one was a little too much for me. While the scene between Connery and Shaw on the train is probably one of my all-time favorite scenes of the franchise, most of the movie's dialogue is just drawn out banter between Bond and whomever about stuff that ultimately doesn't even matter. The pacing is so slow and it hardly ever seems as if Bond is accomplishing something. Tatiana goes from an interesting Russian spy to a completely dependent lover in less than two scenes. It's hard to even tell if she's putting up an act or if she really just failed her mission from the get-go and fell for Bond. I guess you could say that would mean she's putting up the deception well, but it's executed pretty poorly if that truly is the case. The gypsy camp part was a useless scene to pad out the movie and throw in some obligatory action to keep the viewer entertained. Red Grant could have been the Russian James Bond but really just stood around for most of the movie doing nothing until he actually meets Bond and then gets killed, so there's more poor execution on that end. The movie finally picks up at the end with the helicopter/car chase and the speedboat chase, but by then it's too little too late. I'm sorry guys, but this movie sucks.

I'm not reading that because it probably doesn't answer my question.

Oddjob was interesting and he's one of the best troll characters ever from video games when I was kid but Jaws had much more personality and he just...wouldn't....die lol

Xenia often gets mentioned for her sex appeal (and for good reason) but she's arguably THE most ruthless Bond henchmen ever. For most of them it was just a job. For her, it was an exercise in pleasure. Utterly frightening women beneath the surface.

I admittedly haven't watched much of the Craig Bonds. I saw the 2nd one, don't remember it all that well, and that's it. Not that I won't watch them eventually, I just haven't been into 007 like that for a long time.

Definitely Jaws for me. The Spy Who Loved Me was the first Bond movie I ever saw when I was a little kid, it was well after the original release, it was on tv, but Ive been infatuated ever since. I had the pleasure to meet Richard Kiel at a horror convention and got his autograph. Really nice guy!

Oddjob since he's always op in multiplayer. He's either a literal midget due to being confused for Nick Nack, or he can throw an instant kill hat.
