Studies have shown they boast about brutality as a way to show affinity and solidarity to their white peers - who generally control promotions. 100% contrary to 1970s & 1980s thinking on police reform. Surprisingly considering thinking at the time, blacks attracted to the profession tend to have anti black views. Like Uncle Ruckus becoming a cop, almost.
