hmm, can you aim for the groin in fallout? because you should be able to if you can't. surprisingly never occurred to me before. IIRC you can aim for the eyes separate from the head, so aiming for the groin should totally be possible too.

And pretty much every teenager who played the game back then went out of their way to do it as often as possible.
