If you really want to disconnect from social media, delete your account. I did. Unless its important for work you have no excuse.

I mean to do this the cheap way you could take your internet router and phone and lock them away at a friends place for a few days.

There ya go "offline bliss" for 3 days!

Another cheap way to do this is a camping trip, while some areas might still get service you can technically leave all those devices at home.

Go for a week long hike in the wilderness. You'll need to save all your phone battery for emergency communications/GPS, so you simply can't afford social media.
