Im trying to wrap my head around the different levels of competition in the NCAA, is this where the Division 1 and 2 stuff comes in?
Cause Im looking at stats for a player who averages 11 points, 7 rebounds, 3 assists as a shooting guard. Depending on the level of competition those are arguably great stats but if same player went up a division and played higher level of competition he may not necessarily have the same level of production. Competition is lopsided. Known teams are a lot easier to recruit for and entice rising stars, while others take what they can get. Basketball seems to have a bit more even competition compared to football though.
