Spider-Man really sucks in it. He loses literally every fight he's in and he spends a quarter of the movie carrying around an alien object in his backpack like a dumbass.

Also, I guess they retconned the end of Iron Man 3? Because Iron Man has a remote controlled suit in this but he blew all those up and promised not to make more at the end of IM3.

Not making the best decisions is basically part of Holland's character; you have to either take it or leave it. In both movies he screws up despite having good intentions.

we already know tony kept making iron man suits after 3 though

like he made one for pepper, not to mention the nano-tech ones he made. hell, he even made a new one for rhodey.

not to mention that iron man 3 takes place immediately after avengers 1

and in all the other avengers movies, he has new suits, notably the hulkbuster suit, and the satellite that houses all of them

but on topic, yes. in both holland-man movies, he's barely the main character in them

He was only 20 when that movie came out, probably 19 when they filmed it. Still a teenager.

Doesn't even matter how old the actor is, the character is a teenager. He's 15 in Homecoming.
