The variety at Whataburger will always make it a pick over in-n-out if you don't want the basic build or if you want chicken, breakfast, etc. I know it's unpopular but I like the fries at in-n-out. The whataburger fries are pretty standard and not in a good way. I usually ignore them. They have good onion rings if they let them drain enough but lately they've been way to greasy for me. The shakes at both are pretty mediocre. If you want anything other than a standard burger, I'd pick Whataburger. They also have a good chicken fajita Taco. It's just one but it's filling. I've heard the fish sandwich is really good. And the fries go good with the spicy ketchup. Onion rings are fine.
