I lack charisma and my education puts me slightly above average. Im pretty average in all other respects.

My best qualities are indeed intelligence and perception, but I have hard evidence of that.

My passive perception helped me have the best rate of finding people's ship when I worked Fulfillment at Target. People said I have extraordinary abilities to find things without taking too much time.

My intelligence is verifiable because I crashed a psychologist's IQ test and got 139/150 on another's.

There's also that my charisma is too low to get a girl to go out with me, I'm nowhere near as strong as most guys, I don't have the endurance I used to, I'm not agile in the slightest, and I'm neither lucky nor unlucky.

I have above average sensory perception in all five of my senses, so this one was... Kind of easy for me. I have to mind over matter my own skin sometimes, especially when it feels like it's being burnt but I know it isn't.

This too. I worked a job like this once. My own lead admitted I was better at the job than he was~

For me it'd really depend on how you measure "intelligence" (I'm above-average in "book smarts"/what would traditionally be viewed as intelligence, but awful at all other forms of it); other than that I'm pretty average all around except for having terrible strength and charisma

I was annoyed that the "charisma" stat took into account physical appearance, but not "charm". It should be a mix of both.

Ultimately if you don't have a good stat total you're just unlucky.

I have dyspraxia so agility as my lowest was easy. And well for highest, I'm typically pretty lucky so it seemed like a good choice.

I'll admit I answered perception too but it's inconsistent for me at best. It is less embarrassing than exaggerating your intellect, though, so I'm guessing a lot of other people who bounced off that went with perception as something vague enough to be somewhat true.
