It's not just natural, it's how the planet is meant to live. Dirt absorbs things like shit a dead bodies to live as healthy soil and be kapable of supporting plant life. Shitting in a toilet is most likely just going to the ocean, providing food for the most resilient of sea scavengers while the rest of the ocean slowly dies.
