Trader joes has pure peanut butter (just nuts) for only 1.99 (very cheap).

Safeway has Adams unsalted which is also just nuts but costs like $4.

Bunch of other brands as well but trader joes is the easist/cheapest to get.

Peanut butter is good for diabetics and a good part of a diet.

Pretty close in cost. My pound of peanuts were $1.75 I think, and under a quarter difference per pound isn't really worth worrying about.

I like those all, but peanut butter is just as good imo. And peanuts provide the most protein and have the lowest environmental footprint!
