I swear every other time she comes over she takes a shirt or a jacket because its cold or she got wet.

Then one way or another she doesn't give it back when she leaves.

I swear she has like 5 or 6 of my shirts now and I want them back without sounding like an asshole

In my experience girls don't respond well to direct confrontations like that, they see it as accusatory and aggressive like you're being a jerk.

Pro tip: If you are more than a little serious about a woman, give her a drawer in your dresser for her to keep undergarments, sweaters, etc. in. Also a space in the bathroom for toiletries etc. She will likely bring some feminine hygiene products over, so get used to it.

That is usually after 6 months of serious dating, and I have found offering 2 draws works best as some women like to bring over a min wardrobe of stuff.

Its not a solely heterosexual problem: I had a gay coworker complain about his boyfriend appropriating his clothes for warmth.
Basically, if youre the larger partner in a romantic relationship, the smaller partner steals your clothes. Its an unavoidable law of reality.

This guy gets it. I generally offer closet space instead of a 2nd drawer, but we're on the same page.
