Kay created a Geocities page with a detailed, much-needed tutorial to get new players up and running. More importantly, he took steps toward standardizing a rough ruleset for competitive play and building a community of recognized experts who could be trusted to abide by those rules and knew how to reliably work an emulator. Kay says he cant help but cringe when he looks back at the text of his so-called honor code, but hes still proud of what came of it. The best of the best players from those early years like Rodriguez, *cHaos*, DarK LinK, Frizzle adn FragMasterGen latched onto his system and were soon duking it out in Kays online tournaments. That's me, cHaos, I won like 3 tournaments. creativeme 09/21/21 6:45:08 PM #21:	64 my neighbor owned it so we'd play it all the time. lot of sleepovers playing it all night and 007 melee was the first i owned. even now i only have the 64 one on the wii. wouldn't mind owning a physical copy but think it goes for like $50+ and it really didn't age all that well. even after melee came out it was a bit hard to go back to 64 and how slow it plays. <cite>creativeme posted [p:958275722] in Your first...
