On top of being a good workout. I think it hits the same part of my brain that DDR did. Getting the moves right releases that sweet sweet dopamine.

Have you ever taken a step class, or other group exercise classes?

This could be an indication that theres a remote possibility (further down the road, when the planets are aligned) of Clench trying out ru
putting one foot in front of the other foot in a faster-than-walking pace!

But seriously though step training is great for leg workout and depending on the intensity, also good for cardio training when rapidly stepping up and down. Increases foot speed/movement too.
