"Like fighting games" doesn't have to mean "play fighting games exclusively".

But to answer the question, yes he does. He's leading the #FreeMvC2 movement.

Max is great at what he does which is getting people into fighting games. Hes a good middle ground between new and very experienced players.

Im not really into watching streamers but hes a cool dude from what Ive seen.

Given that he pays something like $1,800 a month to tap into an Enterprise level fiber cable that just happens to be running through his backyard, I could see his tolerance for having really terrible online lag decreasing after every bill.

Hmm good point and that's cool about the MvC2 movement, hoping it goes somewhere with that.

I like when he rates finishers and like ending cutscenes for fighting games that have them. I can take or leave his friends, but I like the content either way.

Eh, he probably pays for that multiple times over from doing a single stream, his viewers absolutely throw money at him constantly. I think its just frustration that American devs literally solved the problem years and years ago to the point where even indie fighting games are releasing with better netcode than premiere Japanese IP's. And despite that, the Japanese devs just refuse to even really acknowledge that there's a problem let alone actually take the easy solution that has existed for so long because they weren't the ones to come up with it. And obviously the pandemic has exacerbated all the issues with online play.

Yeah, I had to read it twice before I understood it and then after a couple replies, had to re-read it.

And also, no, his content (which I used to watch before I discovered serial killer podcasts and paranormal videos on Youtube) is for everyone.

What hurt his rise was that he does videos for niche products (fighting game) and accidentally said n***a on stream, which news sites reported on... not knowing that his two best friends ARE BLACK and his wife and mother of his child is asian. Nonetheless, he stopped getting covered back then and no news site reports on his videos because... reasons.
