Like, food-wise? Generally, I tend to underestimate, or at least skimp on it for the sake of trying to squeeze out an extra serving and not realize until I actually start eating that I've been too skimpy. Portioning uncooked pasta, though, I tend to overestimate, mostly because I underestimate how much it's going to expand when it cooks.
