if service was exceptional sometimes like 50% if it wasn't particularly expensive. almost always over 20% unless the service was just awful

Usually round up to the nearest tenner, or if that means the tip will be less than a fiver, I just give a fiver.

I always tip 10% + half of whatever 10% of the bill comes out to, rounded up. So around 15-17%. I always tip even if the service is bad.

I usually just pick a number that looks good enough. Whatever Im feeling at the moment. Usually if theres the little recommended tip section at the bottom that tells you what 10-15% is Ill just do whatever the most is but rounded up. So like if the recommended tip is $11.55 Ill give $12.

I always do 20%, unless the service was complete ass. I've only tipped low twice, and that's because our waitress was busy gabbing away with coworkers while we just sat there for like 15 minutes clearly waiting for the bill. I've only done 25% once when one of our waiters was super amazing (25% on like a $50+ bill, too).
