Like I got up and went into the loungeroom to pass this hangover by, but on the way to the kitchen to get water I got really nauseous and had to puke in the toilet.

10/10 puke, it felt like I was ejecting poison out of my body - which I was. Chocolate and gin, pouring out of me like a faucet.

relief vomiting never worked for me

when i vomit my throat swells and gets all scraped up from the retching and heaving i tend to do

apart from the nausea abating slightly i tend to feel worse than before

Man am I glad those days are gone.

But I know what you are talking about.

For real. I used to drink this sugary artificial cider called little fat lamb, but the last two times I had it, I threw up bits of my stomach lining. Was just writhing on my floor dry-heaving after that.

I don't puke as much as I used to, hungover or drunk. And I drink less too, which is good. This relief puke was the first time I've puked in like a year.
