Asking why things don't get done, when all they do is throw more work and projects at you while reducing headcount in your department. I get emails that are due the second I receive them. It would take the company 2-3 weeks to transfer agents in meanwhile we had to deal with the increase workload. Sometimes the devs would get pissed if we didnt report new bugs fast enough even though we were being overloaded with problems. I guess I dealt with it better because I cared about the product.
