The flood water wasnt the only thing that was high. A man was spotted drifting on a floatie in floodwaters believed to be somewhere in New York City while smoking a bong or hookah, viral video shows. It wasnt immediately clear who was in the video or if it was a social media stunt but its already been viewed over half a million times after Barstool Sports posted it on Twitter with the caption: New York is under water but this guys living his best life. This is how you become a mutant, Twitter user One Time Tommy wrote in response. I got hepatitis just watching this, Mr McSteely quipped. Welp here comes Covid-21. Thanks patient zero, added Scotty Doesnt Know. Nothing like a good old float down the Listeria River, another wrote. Overnight, the Big Apple was hit with a flash flood and more than three inches of rainfall in just an hour.
