You know I would use each of these as a multi signal scrambling device, have them broadcasting across the entire spectrum.

Do it on a phasing pattern that you could program into your own devices and filter out. You would experience a bit of lag on your end as it would have to be processed before actual people received it.

Would work well as a disruption technique, especially if you had each one programmed to repeatedly echo any gunshots, even artificial ones.
