Well, it seems the good ol' United States Postal Service has cheated some of its mail carriers out of pay for years according to a study.

The sad reality is many many hourly-paid workers are victims of employer abuse in terms of being forced to work OT, Wage Theft (which is more common than people realize), Workers Rights being trampled on, etc and this mostly occurs in Right To Work states which also has a high number of on the job injuries due to employers cutting corners in regards to safety protocols.

I suggest if you are an hourly paid worker, keep up with the hours you work and check that against the pay you receive.

If you notice any inconsistencies, get every check stub you can get which should be easy these days since employers now use payroll companies, and take every one of those stubs to your local Labor Board's Department of Wage and Hour Division and file a complaint.

Nobody wants to work and not get paid for it but sadly that's the history of America thanks to slavery.
