They don't have the knowledge to work on them, that's either done by Americans or companies that contract with the military, who know that if they get caught working with the Taliban they'll never get another sweet Government contract ever again. As someone said before, maybe they can fly some for a bit, but in a week it will be unusable because they all have special parts and there's part shortages everywhere. On a different aircraft we're going to be waiting until next year for a pilots seat.
