For the most part these guys will go to the doctor, do whatever tests the doctor tells them, take whatever meds the doctor tells them. They may ask what are the side effects, the doctor tells them. Especially here in the south there is very very poor health literacy people take meds and have no clue what they are, why they're taking them, or the side effects to watch for.

But when all that same stuff applies to the vaccine, where the benefits overwhelmingly outweigh the risks, and is pretty much the most effective thing we have against covid, people lose their minds and suddenly everyone is an immunization expert.

And its ironic because if a patient ever hears, "theres this brand new medication that is super effective, better than anything we have", patients tend to get excited and think of that in a positive light.

Also, its ironic that these unvaccinated patients all get approached by our research team to ask if they want to be enrolled in a clinical trial for a new treatment drug that hasn't been studied yet. They almost always say yes.

I knew some doctors who did clinical work in central Florida where healthcare literacy was really low, and they had the opposite problem. A huge number of patients were obese and diabetic, go to the clinic when their symptoms became unmanageable, and then just ignore the doctors advice when they got home. They would just continue eating like shit and not trying to take care of themselves, and show up again in 6 months w/ the same issue

In my opinion most of it stems from trust. Or a lack there of. As people more then ever are alot more cynical and distrustful of others then ever. Most particularly in the goverment and how hard they've been pushing it.

And they've done enough diabolical shit this year alone I don't believe in a single thing they do or say at face value, period.

I have literally no idea. Fucking stuns me that every day people will smoke cigarettes with a thousand suspect synthetic ingredients in them, drink alcohol which is literally poison, eat fast food garbled together with the most grotesque food industry practises to such a degree that it barely resembles nutrition, take all kinds of prescribed big pharma drugs which they have no idea what they do...but then they just draw the line at vaccines...for some reason.

Applying logic to these people doesn't help your mental health.

A) But if it's trust, why would they the doctors to treat them?
B) What are some of the diabolical things they've done?
C) To follow on that, are you claiming there's more this year than in past?

A girl I know had a liver transplant a year or two ago. Her doctor saved her life, literally. So shes naturally immune compromised but is still strong enough to get vaccines. she praised this doctor every other day and the staff that did the surgery.

now? Doesnt trust him after he strongly recommended she get the vaccine because her bodies immune system isnt as strong as it could be.

How do you know the doctors in areas of low vaccination rates are telling their patients to get the vaccine? They are people too who also have an agenda and/or aren't immune to propaganda.

Plus there are so few doctors that most people have to see nurse practitioners now and from what we have seen on social media, a decent amount of the the nurses are anti-vax.

the people who are most vocal about not getting it usually say well ma doctor told me to get the jab but I know he just works for big pharma and hes just lookin to get paid!

I think the answer may be that some people don't feel they need the vaccine if nothing is wrong. People are more inclined to take a drug or accept medical treatment when they are experiencing symptoms/pain, etc.

In the NP survey, most of the ones who declined the vaccine did so due to concerns over 'safety, side effect, and efficacy' and a few over 'pregnancy'.

I still see providers (MDs or NP/PAs) prescribing hydroxychloroquine from time to time, and more frequently I've been seeing Ivermectin. Both of those really makes me question some of these providers. Ivermectin, sure fine, I wouldn't do it but I'm not gonna crucify you. If a provider tells me they're still using hydroxychloroquine, I'll probably rip them a new one.

Im also seeing more and more of these anti vaccine quacks promoting Drs who arent MDs. But chiropractors and holistic healers because those individuals dont believe in vaccines either and they are enjoying all of their new patients.
