So I heard these whimper noises like some animal was being abused while I was in the bathroom and I started to listen. It broke out into crying and then I could tell it was the girl upstairs: aged 4-6.

Being a parent has got to be hard.

If you think a child is being abused maybe you should report it

But try to see if there's anything else other than a toddler crying before you start filing reports.

I hope TC just thought it sounded like that, but once they figured out what it was, it just sounded like a kid crying. I don't know, I hope TC isn't sleeping below child abusers. Protect the kid.

Correct

I made a second post. Don't just report it, but you've got to pay attention now.

No. Crying is normal. There are no signs of abuse.

Dude, kids scream, wail, and cry for no fucking reason all the time. Not a good indicator of abuse. The only other things kids in that age range do with similar frequency is randomly vomit

Like I said, I'm thinking that's just what the noise sounded like to them, but figured out it wasn't that.

Before she broke out into sobbing the sounds were similar to the noises a pet makes when it realizes it has been left home alone. (The child is never alone. )
